The Society meeting on 16th February was a zoom presentation by Grant Bulloch from Edinburgh
of award winning photographs taken by his son Andrew together with examples of his own work.
The father and son photographers held an exhibition in Dundee last year and some of the work
featured this evening was part of that previous exhibition.
Particularly outstanding images by Andrew included his award winning image of the Northern
lights photographed with a foreground of the skatepark ramp at Musselburgh which was featured
in many national papers at the time of his success. Another of Andrews outstanding images was of a sunset at the Callanish Stones on the Isle of Lewis which attracted significant praise from well known landscape photographer Charlie Waite when awarded the top prize in the Classic View – Youth Category 2020 – UK Landscape Photographer of the Year Awards.
